DESCRIPTION

For sale is an Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint Speciale (Tipo 101.21) from 1963, which was delivered in the beautiful colour Bluette (blue) on 03.10.1963 to Pescara, Italy. Where it remained until 2013 with several changes of ownership. Immediately after the sale to the first owner, the Giulia SS was performance-optimised by Autodelta. The cylinder head, camshaft and manifold were modified, increasing the power output to 125 hp.

With its elegant and sporty bodywork by Bertone, the Alfa is a real eye-catcher on the road. This particular example was fully restored to its original condition in 2017. Since then, only 11,319 kilometres have been covered by the Giulia SS.

The work on the vehicle was carried out with the utmost care by a specialist workshop and documented with photos. The original engine is still installed and the paintwork/interior fittings correspond to the delivery combination.

The history and changes of ownership are clearly traceable from the Alfa register and its documentation.

It is one of only 1366 examples built and is therefore a real rarity. It has FIVA papers and a German road licence. The car impresses with its fantastic colour combination and is in a condition that cannot be found anywhere else on the market.
